Please read our policy thoroughly to avoid any confusion in the event of any cancellation or change in your stay.
- Credit cards will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $40 at the time of booking which is applied towards the room reservation.
- If you CHANGE the date of the reservation with more than 7 days notice there is no additional fee.
CHANGES to the reservation date made with less than 7 days of the reservation will incur a $25 processing fee.
- CANCELLATION of your reservation made with less than 7 days notice is charged in FULL. Cancellations outside of 7 days only incur the loss of the non-refundable $40 deposit made at the time of booking.
- GIFT CERTIFICATES must be mentioned at time of booking and are processed the same as credit cards.
- HOLIDAYS…..Policy remains the same as above but requires 14 days notification instead of 7 for cancellations or changes.
CHECK-IN: Normal check-in time after 3:00 PM
CHECK-OUT: Normal check-out time is 11:00 for Water Street Place rooms and 12:00 noon in our Thorsen and Hideaway Suites.
We ask that our guests give us an approximate check in time when making their reservation. We understand that things change and appreciate when our guests Contact Us if they are running more than 30 minutes early or late.
